A Letter on the Future of Neighborliness

For the past year, I've had the pleasure of gathering with a dozen or so of the most thoughtful, inspiring people I know to imagine what a place-based civic future might look like. It's a real group of rockstars. We didn't know what would come of our time together, but it felt like a thing worth doing.

Today, we're releasing a letter that we wrote together about our vision for the future. One that's rooted in neighborliness and pushes back on the narrative that we're lonely, powerless, and divided. One where people feel agency over their lives, where folks are connected through relationships of trust, and where communities have the power to shape their own futures.

All we've got is each other. And that's more than enough.
